Reporting a Technical Issue 


Should you encounter an issue on the website, these are the steps and information required, in order for a ticket to be created and sent to our programming team: Send an email to our IT Department: tech@gelmoment.com

Please ensure that your email includes all of the following details in order to be considered:
Your Full Name registered in your distributor account
Your username
Country your distributor account is registered in
A detailed description of the issue you are reporting
All the steps that led to the issue (all the fields you clicked on with screenshots if possible)
Platform used - your operating system, including which version. ex Windows 10, Android etc.
Device used - Including the versions ex Desktop computer, Mac, iPhone X, Samsung S8 etc.
Browser used - ex Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Microsoft edge etc.
The time of day the issue happened, including time zone

Any additional information provided such as type of browser, type of mobile device, etc., will help the programming team correct the issue in a timely manner.
